Here is what we keep when you send a form or book a call, why we keep it, who sees it, and how to have it deleted.
What we collect
From the company form:
- your company name,
- how many people work for you,
- your state,
- your phone number, your email, or both, and
- the page you were on and the time you sent it.
From the agent waitlist: your name, your agency, the states you serve, your phone number and your email.
If your team is under 20 people and you leave your email, we keep your email and the headcount you gave.
We also keep a scrambled code made from your internet address. This is called a hashed IP. It is not your actual address. We use it only to stop too many requests from one place.
We do not use ad trackers. We do not sell your information.
Why we collect it
- So an advisor can reach you about your request.
- So we can reach smaller teams later, if they asked us to.
- So we can contact agents on the waitlist.
- To stop spam and abuse.
Who sees it
- One advisor. It is the advisor we pass your request to.
- Our form provider. It receives your form and stores it for us.
- Our email provider. It sends us an email when a form arrives.
- Calendly. If you book through the calendar, Calendly handles that booking under its own privacy policy.
The companies that host this site handle your details too. They do this only to run the site for us.Nobody else sees it, unless the law requires us to share it.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for up to two years. Then we delete it.
The codes we use to stop spam last a short time. The one made from your phone number or email lasts 24 hours. The one made from your internet address lasts one hour.
How to ask us to delete it
